A) Tux/Suit Attire $100.00 I will need the DJ to be "Professionally attired". This event is going to be VERY formal. Tux, or Suit is required.

    



Do not select this option if slacks and a polo shirt are deemed appropriate.
B) "Experienced DJ" $100.00 $600 when hired independently.

I will need an experienced "Disc Jockey / Entertainer with over 12 years of DJ experience" and powerful mixing skills, along with the use of "tasteful and fun guest interaction to keep my dance floor packed"

Not choosing this option assumes that you are providing OR allowing someone else to perform Disc Jockey Duties

OR

Music / Dancing will not be expected or required.
C) "Experienced MC" $100.00 $600 When hired independently.

I will need an experienced and well-trained "Master of Ceremonies (MC)".

... There will be many important announcements needed to be made, and I would like someone trained in the Art of Public Speaking.

Keep in mind what the number one fear in America is: Public Speaking!

Not Choosing this option means that you either are providing OR allowing someone else to perform announcements

Announcements will not be expected or required.
D) "Online Planning System" $100.00 I will need your "Convenient Online Planning System".



Includes access to the Song Request Database to build your Must Play, Play If Possible and Do Not Play. Option also includes online access to planning forms, timelines, even the ability for guests to request their own songs prior to the event.

NOTE: If you declined "In Person Consultations" (above), then this is highly recommended, especially for LONG DISTANCE PLANNING. I cannot overemphasize the necessity for complete communication for the success of your reception! Any bad wedding reception DJ you've ever witnessed was likely due to inadequate communication!
E) "UP to 2 In-Person Planning Consultations" $100.00 I will need at least 2 "In person consultations" ... my event will be unique and detailed; Combined with the Online Planning System (below) will be extremely beneficial.



NOTE: If you're going to want the MC to professionally make introductions and announcements, help coordinate and make your event special, allowing you to sit back and enjoy your reception - then taking this element is highly recommended. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!
F-1) SOUND: Upgraded $100.00 I will need your "4-Speaker Sound System and sub-woofer" for this event.



Select this option if you have more than 100 guests attending your event, or you are in need of the sub-woofer.
F-2) SOUND: Extra System $100.00 I will need audio in an additional location for an on-site ceremony or function.



Includes: Two lapel clip-on OR Two Hand-Held Corded Microphones.
G-1) LIGHTING: Dance $100.00 Are you going to want dance lighting available at your event? We use nightclub style Intelligence Lighting to light-up the room with the lights down or dimmed.
G-2) LIGHTING: Mood/Up $100.00 I want to transform my venue by lighting up the walls and bringing my color scheme into the room.
G-3) LIGHTING: Custom Gobo $100.00 Professionally place your initials in lights on the dance floor, at the main entrance, or any other place you may desire.

H-1) EFFECTS: Fog $25.00 The Lighting FX works TONS better when diffused by a low-emitting water-based fog effect.

I) Basic Karaoke $100.00 Basic collection of 500 of the most popular tunes.



Not recommended for elegant wedding receptions.
J) Vast "Music Collection" $100.00 I will need your "Extensive Music collection" of over 50,000 digital tunes (and growing), with the latest to the greatest hits, all prepared by MY personalized specifications, always to meet any of me and my guest's musical requests."



Providing your own additional music is welcomed as well.

NOTE: Not choosing this option means that you are either providing your own music (CDs, MP3s, etc)

Music will not be expected or required.
K) "Coordination with Vendors" $100.00 I will require the DJ/MC to "Coordinate with my entire vendor team to ensure the effortless flow of my party" ... I expect to hire other vendors (i.e. Wedding Coordinator/Planner, Photographer, Videographer, Caterer, Banquet Manager, etc.)
L) Day Prior Rehearsal $100.00 I may require your presence at our rehearsal because I will be using your services for our event the next day. (We may choose music that may require precise timing and/or cueing)
M) Assistant / Additional Operator $100.00 If you have a second sound system installation at a second location simultaneously, or agree with us that events flow smoothly when additional assistance is on hand.
N) Canopy for DJ $100.00 If you cannot assure the entertainer's equipment safety from the elements (if your event will be OUTDOORS), we can... this may be a necessary addition.
O) Video Projector & Screen $400.00 10' Diagonal CINEMA screen with 1400 Lumens:DLP Projector
